Magnus Sigurdsson
Co-Founder, CTO
Magnus has spent his career utilizing data science to help investors make more informed investments. Magnus was part of the core team at 55ip before it was sold to JP Morgan and has spent his career developing and utilizing data science at leading hedge funds and institutions. He specializes in designing, implementing, and monitoring quantitative strategies to enhance investment performance. Magnus graduated as valedictorian with a BS in Economics from The University of Iceland. He received his Master of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Max Wolff
Co-Founder, CEO
Max is a thought leader, economist, and renowned venture mind. Max was part of the core team at 55ip before it was sold to JP Morgan and has been Chief Economist and Research Director for numerous investment firms. He has also made thousands of appearances in leading media outlets (CNBC, Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, etc.) Max did his undergraduate studies at Yale University and University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He received a BA and MA in Economics, both summa cum laude, and completed his coursework for a PhD and his AbD from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Max sits on several start-up boards.

RC Willenbrock
Head of Product
RC has spent his career building and growing business and most recently co-founded and was CPO of CompIQ and was part of the founding team of Stella.ai (acquired by Cornell Capital & Trilantic Capital). Before taking the leap to entrepreneurship, he was at Level Equity, a growth equity fund, and spent time at Morgan Stanley in their technology investment banking group. RC graduated from Dartmouth College, Cum Laude, with a BA in applied mathematics and economics.

Cezhan Ambrose
Director of Business Development
Cezhan has spent the past decade advising leading equity fund and wealth managers across the US and Canada, investing in companies including Alibaba, Palantir Technologies, Spotify and Lyft. Cezhan is on the faculty at Cal State University and is currently completing Pepperdine's Doctoral of Business Administration program, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility practices.

Uwe is a business and innovation consultant to large family offices, hidden champion companies, and private investment firms across Europe and Asia with 30+ years experience in venture. Uwe is advisor to international organizations such as UNIDO and managing director of Steinbeis STI, member of Steinbeis International Network, a tech transfer company based in Stuttgart, Germany,
with own university and more than 1,000 research and tech transfer
centers in 60 countries.

Stefanie is the CEO of Agency Berlin GmbH, has published 5 books, and advises companies on how to equip for the future. She has been nominated to 35 Young Elites Under 35, named Future Performer, and to 50 Most Important Women of the Economy. She regularly contributes across various media outlets.

Donna is Co-Founder and board member of Sparkpr. She has created a public relations powerhouse and fostered a spirit of fearless, creative communication. With extensive experience at IBM, Nokia, Netscape, and News Corp Donna has become a trusted relation within top media and industry influencers. Donna graduated from NYU and currently resides in San Francisco, CA.

Steven Fifita

Steven is Managing Partner at Rocket Wagon Venture Studio and Co-founder of the Palo Alto Venture Studio with Stanford University GSB. He served 25 years as senior executive at Cisco, HP, BBY and $300M Department of Defense Incubator leading corporate development and strategy, startup advisory and technology transfer.

Leonid Kogan

Leonid is the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Professor of Management and a Professor of Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Leonid has published extensively in leading academic journals and has won numerous professional awards.

Mark P. Kritzman
Board
Mark is a Senior Lecturer at MIT, president and CEO of WIndham Capital, and partner at State Street Associates. He serves on several boards and has written extensively on investing and risk management for academic and professional journals. The author of six books, including Puzzles of Finance and The Portable Financial Analyst, Mark holds an MBA from NYU and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
